Shawn Novick graduated from New York University and has been working in various positions in the Biotechnology industry for over 30 years, primarily focused on analytical development and protein characterization at Immunex, Amgen, and Corixa (16 years) and Director of quality control at SeaGen (14 years). She has worked on several clinical and commercial products, including developing multiple monoclonal and ADC therapies from bench to commercial, vaccine adjuvants, and other therapeutic proteins, including GM-CSF and an engineered TNF-Receptor. Currently Shawn is an independent consultant and a Board member of the International Alliance of Biologicals Standardization (IABS), a non-profit working to harmonize global regulatory expectations for biological medicines.
