Dr. Morris Rosenberg received the 11th Annual World ADC Lifetime Achievement Award in November 2024 in recognition of his pioneering contributions to the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) field. His work has been instrumental in developing the manufacturing processes, CMC strategies, and global supply chains that have enabled ADCs to be successfully scaled from early development through commercial manufacturing.
Unlike many traditional pharmaceuticals, ADCs are among the most technically complex therapeutic modalities, requiring the seamless integration of protein biochemistry, organic chemistry, process and chemical engineering, analytical sciences, and global supply chain management. Dr. Rosenberg's contributions have helped establish robust, scalable, and commercially viable manufacturing platforms, thereby facilitating the widespread production of these innovative, life-saving cancer therapies.
