Dr. Smith has over20 years' experience in the development of ADCs. Her fields of expertise include Target Validation, Lead Validation, Preclinical Development and Companion Diagnostics. Dr. Smith was the Head of Target Validation and Diagnostics at Seattle Genetics and team leader for an ADC breast cancer program. She has a Ph.D. in Tumor Cell Biology from Northwestern University and trained at Washington Univ (St. Louis) and the National Cancer Institute (NIH).
